“Bingzi” is a overdrive pedal with diverse styles. Designed by the visionary Mr. G, “Bingzi” brings a magical essence to tone crafting.
The innovative DynaBoost technology transcends the limits of a mere device, becoming a creator of musical miracles. Reduced compression and heightened dynamics amplify the nuances at your fingertips, delivering unprecedented sensitivity and a powerful boost effect. Compared to traditional TS effects, “Bingzi” offers double the gain adjustment range, effortlessly transforming into a low-gain distortion marvel.
In this journey of mastering sonic waves, “Bingzi” opens up a profound exploration of tone. The left and right switches on the pedal, akin to a vibrant palette of tones, offer endless possibilities for sonic combinations.
The left switch, from top to bottom, corresponds to three classic overdrive styles: the creamy TS808 style with a smooth and round tone, the sharp SD style injecting a strong attack, and the warm Timmy style providing a soft and full texture. The right switch provides TS808, Timmy, and SD styles of clipping modes. By skillfully combining these switches, musicians can effortlessly toggle between overdrive and clipping styles, creating nine unparalleled tonal combinations.
Bing zi
The top row knobs provide basic tone adjustments, including volume (Level), tone (Tone), and gain (Gain). The second row introduces advanced parameter adjustments. The Blend knob, mix master, adjusts the wet and dry blend, allowing music to dance exuberantly.
When the Blend knob is fully closed, the effect pedal outputs only the dry guitar signal. At this point, the Tone and Gain knobs no longer have any effect, but the Level knob can still adjust the dry signal volume, transforming Bingzi into a pure Cleanboost.
The Tight knob, a sculptor of tone, adjusts the pre-distortion low frequencies, finely shaping the tightness of the tone. When the Tight knob is turned to the far left, this function is completely disabled, leaving the pre-distorted signal untouched.
Bingzi presents a fresh exterior design, leading the trend in the Zodiac Single Pedal series. Designed by Mr. Qin, the appearance cleverly integrates traditional Chinese elements into the essence of modern industrial design.
